Unfortunately, SUU's basketball team fell in the first round of the Summit League tournament in a close game to IPFW, 66-62. It came down to the wire and in the last minute we had the chance to win and just couldn't convert. As sad as it was that they lost, I couldn't help but be excited for Rick because he had an AWESOME game! He pulled down a career-best 12 rebounds and an SUU-best 5 assists, leading both teams in rebounds and assists for the night. He also had eight points and played 27 minutes. He had a great game and I am so proud of him. It is really weird to think that his Sophomore season is already over! Two down, two to go!

That's rad! Rick could have that kind of game or better every game if Reid would let the team get into a flow for once and show some confidence in his players...
Rick,
We are so proud of you! What a great game. It's sad that it didn't end with a win for the team, but what a preview of what we will be seeing from you next year!
