Rick makes the absolute best German Pancakes...or so he says, I guess I can't really try his pancakes since I have Celiac Disease. However, he makes me very yummy gluten free german pancakes and then he makes his own batch. As you can see they are the perfect amount of fluffy! He says they are amazing.
