Rick is in his final year at BYU where he is studying Information Systems, he will graduate in April. Since August he has been applying and interviewing left and right for a good job for when he graduates. He has done really well but unfortunately in this economy not many people are hiring and if they are they are only taking one or two out of a hundred or so applicants. Well, we are excited to announce that last Friday he got an amazing job offer from Pariveda Solutions, an IT Consulting Firm and we will be moving to Chicago in June. We are very excited! I am a little nervous, being the Utah girl that I am, but I know it is what is best for our family. Rick is really excited because Chicago is where he served his mission and he absolutely loves the city and the people. After we got the news we went out to celebrate at Carrabbas (so good!), Daci loved eating the big-girl food :)

What??? That's so exciting and so crazy! I would LOVE to come visit you and see Chicago! I've never been! We almost moved there too for Kade's schooling. Somehow the weather in AZ enticed us more :) Good luck and Congratulations!

I thought you were going to say you were pregnant!:) that is definitely big news! How exciting!!! I know how you feel because I love Utah and being close to family, it's a huge adjustment moving. I bet your families will be so sad you are moving and taking their grandbaby! It will be an awesome experience though and that is cool that it's where Rick served so he knows his way around. Sometimes life takes us crazy places! PS I love how we have the same shoes! What can I say we have great taste!

Congrats! That is so exciting!Ive heard Chicago is a fun place to live! Aubree Davis ( I dont know if you remember her from high school) But she lives there! That is what my husband is majoring in too, crazy!
That is awesome! We only live 4 hours from Chicago. So when we come doen we will have to get together! Congratulations Rick!!
