Today is our Fifth Anniversary and I honestly can't believe it! The day we got married I thought five years sounded like so far away and we are already here! It flew by and I have enjoyed every moment of it. Every stage of our marriage was so much fun for me. I loved the newlywed stage where I was still learning to cook and clean and I would wait anxiously by the door for him to get home from school and basketball practice. I loved the year we attended SUU together and were both students. I loved watching him be a college athlete and being his biggest cheerleader from the stands. I loved living in our "bat cave" in Provo while I worked as a teacher and was pregnant with Daci. I loved learning to be a parent with him and watching his heart grow even bigger every time he looked at his precious little girl. I loved moving out to Chicago and starting a brand new life together, all we had was each other. I loved watching his face the moment the doctor told us we were having twins. I have loved every second of our life together and can't wait to see what else we have in store. I love you Rick so much, you are my EVERYTHING!
Our wedding day is still one of the best days of my life. It was filled with joy and love. We both couldn't stop smiling and we enjoyed every minute of the day. Below are some photos from the temple and the reception. Enjoy!
I was dumb and completely forgot to reserve this day just for an anniversary post, so there is another post below that I did today of some more Utah trip. Scroll down if you want to see it!
